I am InuTracy, slayer of dbz fans and protector of all that is intelligent and holy! If I were god, i'd make paladins that crusade against stupidity and smite dbz fans into oblivion (As well as rappers)! Why do I hate DBZ so much? Well one, it's retarted, two it polutes byond and dbz games multiply like bunnies, three it's sexist, and most people who watch it either do the following; Listen to rap, use drugs, or are a complete dumbass. Don't try to argue it's already been decided. DBZ is a HORRIBLE animated peice of useless junk and the dbz fans will be ranting, "MEIN FUHRER! MEIN FUHRER!" and try to take over dan and toms house!

Well, first of all, if you where god you would have a life and more important things to worry about than DBZ. Secondly, you complain it's sexist, which means judging someone by their gender, well you are doing the same thing, only judging it by a series. Although I don't like DBZ I still have to wonder about you, I mean you like InuYasha: The most repetitive anime I have ever seen in my life! Anyways, there are a few non-rips out there. Also, even though I don't like rap personally, there isn't anything wrong with someone who does.

Rubbish. Being sexist is completely different from being seriesist- seriesism is accepted in the work place!

I don't believe all people who like Dragonball Z are stupid. That follows the same logic as, "If you like the color purple your either female or gay!", which is hardly true.

I just have to say that I did find the show interesting when it first aired on CN. I watched it through the Saiyan Saga, Frieza and some of the Cell Games. It got old real quick, though, and the martial arts they used was weak and formless. I was hoping for more elaborate maneuvers and moves, but they just seemed to grunt a lot and go all blurry. Meh.

I think the overall story is good, but it has little to do with Dragonball, and more too do with the ancient monkey god in the story Journey to the West. I recall reading about the monkey god back in highschool (on my own time, I enjoyed reading ancient myths and legends). I think Akira Toriyama had a good thing going with the manga, snd should have kept it at that.

The games on BYOND, except for a couple exceptions, are utter pieces of cow dung. I played Dracon's Dragonball Z/GT: Genesis when I first came to BYOND, and was very disapointed in the lack of quality, thought and creativity put into it. Since then, the quality seems to have gone down, the thought is nearly non-existent, and creativity hasn't seen the light of day in most DBZ games.

I had ambitions to correct this issue a long time ago, by making a power-based fighter game a la DBZ, but with original characters, races and powers. I tossed the idea out as rubbish, though. Aside from my lack of skill at the time, I never really saw the game making much of a difference.

I don't think anti-DBZ posts make much difference either, but this is your blog, and you can rant all you want. I can see the sexist overtones, though. But that's just normal Japanese culture. :P

So, InuTracy would techincally be DogTracy, meaning s/he probably likes dogs. :p

you also missed one important fact, even though the three you pointed out were abviously true and i bet people who also hate DBZ would agree, and those who dont know what it is do, and hate it because its all over beyond and its annyoing, but enough of that, im gonna say what i wanna say,

four it also isnt worth watching if it takes 15 eppisodes to make a slight change in the storyline/use a move. God! And hey i like Inuyasha, at least the story progresses and the fights end before the show does...XD

yes DBZ Polutes beyond and is Very Sexest, other then the robot chick, there isnt a single tough woman in that show, all this super sayin craps annoying i wish they just deletted it off of beyond! XD so i agree with you Tracy 100% :D

Funny, someone commented on how that one girl or what ever goku's wife he feared her, but what is she portrayed as? A HOUSE WIFE. Ment to only stay in the house, take care of his children and cook. I don't hate InuYasha, i'm kind of Neutral Lawful with it. =P I'd watch it if it was on and it would be cool and all, but I wouldn't go out and get a tatoo of inuyasha on my ass or go buy all the dvds or something like that. <.<

Inu-Yasha has WAY too many filler episodes-hell, the series ends on one.
Considering the fact that the plot is stolen, she could at least TRY to do something with it.

I agree, DBZ use to be my favorite show of all time and I made sure to watch every episode. Now, however, I agree completely with InuTracy.

Inu means dog. I admit, I also assumed she liked Inuyasha because of it, but I guess she just likes dogs.

I've heard that before, and I found it quite funny at the time (wouldn't he love to know his name is calling him a girl), but I've never found any proof. My English-Japanese dictionary does not include that word.

correct me if i'm wrong, but as in most languages, the sex of the suffix in question is implied by the "a", i believe... wouldn't it implay a "male demon" if it was like, "yasho" or "yashi" or something?
oh well, show still sucks...
