I would just like to say, spilling your guts on a BYOND blog is never a good thing to do.
On a more serious note, life isn't always going to be easy, they're always going to be hardships. So I think you should go travel. traveling is always fun. I'm going to quote something in this book I'm reading and it has absolutely nothing to do with this subject, but I'm going to force the people of BYOND to read it. "Often we too must choose between what others would like us to do-- and even what we might wish to do-- and our own mortal and ethical values. We understand the temptation, we understand the torment of internal conflicts, and sometimes we lose the battle against the external and internal forces that lead us to bad judgment. In our own environment, we too must make our own lives worthwhile, and we too must recognize the importance of our own good deeds." TRAVEL! like I said before and such. |
[Off Topic]
I'm seeing eye to eye with Jedioh. I'm sure you could find a community more suitable for these types of situations. Here you have: A.) Children half your age with a weak core of right and wrong, who'd rather insult each other then respect your thread. ------ B.) The adult version of group A. Who've developed moral core. But are so busy being heavily invested in the logical side of life that they may never grasp the emotions and understandings of women, children, feelings in general. They aren't the best people to speak with. "oh no no no, it was still rude of me to suggest the idea, but still I think you didn't need to call what I said rude (then again it's still just conflicting opinions... and we have the trolls...) Well, Enjoy your night / day now." -EG --------------- But if you've grown that attracted to this community, heres a bit of advice... delete every post irrelevant to this discussion. This is all about YOU. Everybody has a set of rules that define who they are, their charisma. Dont let anyone violate your integrity. Once people see what you do and don't allow they wont act like that around you. ------------------------ [On Topic] I once took a childhood development course. It makes sense that you didn't learn to speak till you were 10. Seeing as you weren't interacting during those critical periods of childhood development. Overall you were clearly abused and now that anger is still with you. You are angry for a reason. Find that reason and do what makes you happy. I had a friend who hated his father, so he ran away from home. He now has foster parents and lives a happier life. Your 20, you don't need to do that. Move out with some friends who have the same problems, find a new life, start a new beginning. I once had two unhappy friends who kept going back to their 1st and only girlfriends because thats "what they knew". Don't keep yourself in the same unhappy position because "thats what you know". If you are not happy, something needs to change. Think about it and make sure it changes you for the better. |

Most of what you are saying about your childhood seems ludacris.
For starters, most people I know, do not remember much at such a young age. So to be able to tell us with a straight face you can remember all this abuse at the age of 1 or even 2 is a little insane. Secondly, it's almost impossible to believe you didn't know to talk until you were 10 years old. There is no way in hell you'd be able to go through school without being able to speak. Believe it or not, most younger children do tend to have a speech impediment younger on in their lives. The whole story reeks of deception and I doubt most if any of it happened. |
You think you had it rough, my mom beat me with a hockey stick once until I was black, red, and blue. I was only six years old. That's what happens when you grow up with a black mom. My mom use to get beat with wires, and my grandma use to have to pick a long branch off a bush/tree so that she could get beat by her father, or mother.

Most of what you are saying about your childhood seems ludacris. I'm uncertain if it's impossible for an individual not being able to speak until they're a bit older. There're tons of things that could hinder a child from learning how to communicate with kids. A few things would be slower capabilities to understand what's being said, being alone all the time. As well as not having anyone to communicate with or other things. This would fit well with her statement, "while I was stuck in a crib with a closed door, no one allowed to come in and talk or anything to me.". Numerous children are mistreated or favored over another siblings. So it's impossible for you to expect a child to learn how to communicate with other children by playing alone with toys. As for going through school without talking, if your teachers never worked out your problems with communicating with other children or adults. It's imaginable to remain unable to talk with other people. Children will be hesitant to talk to you if you don't know how to talk or comprehend them. I'm not an professional or anything, but I did go through this when I was younger. Of course my issues weren't as bad as hers. It's impossible to know if this story is untrue or not. But some of it does fit together believe it or not. I'm normally an ass when it comes to these sort of things, but I'm also understanding and considerate at some points. Could it be possible that she was born in another country and the teachers there didn't exactly know how to deal with her issues? Never know. |
Hey mommy...it's Miyako(Roxanne)..
I never knew you had a childhood like this and i am truly sorry to see this. Though i want you too know you're not alone in this world and you can always come to talk to me, even if you barely know me haha... I just wanted to know that i care about you ^^. Love, Miyako (Roxanne) |

(Looks like someone is just trying to get at me with the mannerism of a four year old and failing in a rather, cliched way) Seems to me you're the only one using "third grade insults" here, Mrs. Hypocrite. Seems someone is a rather obvious troll (You do know obvious trolls are bad ones, right?). 'Tis a real shame. -smh |
