Looks pretty good to me, Only thing I would say is the hair, alittle too dark, and maybe lighten the outside? but thats it really :D

Overall I like it. Good work Zepthyrous. Naruto looks awesome in the manga ;).

The face doesn't really represent him at all. Mainly the nose/mouth. Also, his eyes aren't hidden like that in the anime/manga. Try making them bigger.

WARNING!!! SPOILER!!

I have to disagree and also agree. The shade of his face is slightly different. Naruto's face seems to be more "square" than pointed. The nose could be fixed. As for the eyes judging from this reference: http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/430/02-03/, his eyes seem to be more closed. I do like how the overall art came out though.
