Pretty good for your first try, my first try looked like a cone head alien xD, but i suggest making the torso and arms less bulky shading is pretty simple here is a show of what i think you could work on and a edit i have done of your base <3. Also i added some shorts xD i don't really like looking at nekkidness ;P.
