Dammit, I got sucked back into playing http://neopets.com again. It may be childish, but its still bloody fun (I love the stock market). Anyways, I was jsut reading the neopian times newspaper, and it has how many people have read it, its up to 17'297'261 and climbing! Thats nuts. And keep in mind, a new paper is released weekly or so.

Yes, I should imagin 17 million people suck a bit of bandwidth. Still, I'm sure theres alot of money to be gained (neopets awards incentives for clicting adds, signing up to sponsors etc). Also, theve gotten so popular they now have their own range of stuffed toys and tshirts etc. Neopets, it would seem, is here to stay.
