File Rename

Ok I'm using the 407 make, loving the delete!!!
But could u also add in a rename, I can't tell you how many times I've map a started map or file, only to reorganize and come up with a naming scheme and need to rename everything!!!!

Yep, I think this has been requested before. I'll try to squeeze it in.

The official BYOND release is 306. 307 is in beta; you can obtain it by digging around in the download page index, or just wait until we release it with a few more fixes later this week.
