Yes, this is a definite buy.

I have it and I would say it is a great help, I would recommend that you buy it as it is really helpful.

Definately. I've paid $40 to $60 for programming books that were not nearly as useful as the Blue Book. It is probably the best introduction to object oriented programming that I've ever read. On top of that, it is chock full of amusing footnotes that make it a much more interesting read than other dry and unexciting programming books. ;)

Still not convinced? You can peruse the table of contents here and even read the first chapter. :)

Bah humbug! I still don't have the blue book, I wasted my christmas present on getting my computer fixed.

Yeah, lucky thing too..I punched a mirror when it stoped working, I spent this mourning getting 32 pieces of glass removed from my hand! (And now I have 6 new holes in my wall too!) But I got a new hard drive (now I ave two :)) I have a 520 meg HD to fill up with whatever I want, and a 1.5 gig for important stuff. My new ram sticks had to be ordered, and I got a new keyboard.
