Whatever the motives of his post (and given U-thing's post a week ago, I'm inclined to think the worst), you've been told numerous times to watch your language on these forums. I think you've just about used up your last chance on that.

Sex's post contained some pretty bad language and was deleted for that reason. (I expect most of Sob's posts over the last 24 hours soon to suffer the same fate.) It was also insulting GreenDice pretty nastily.

Sex is apparently RaeKwon, as he said in the post, and thinks GreenDice's post was an attack on him. He may or may not be right; given that U-god (who is probably GreenDice) made a similar post that was less veiled about a week ago, I wouldn't at all be surprised.

Dantom (which is an organization of two people. Two organized people) doesn't actually like taking such a heavy-handed approach to forum management... they very rarely delete posts, and even more rarely take actions to remove specific posters... such actions take away from their more important tasks, like making the wonderful game system that brought us here, and making it better.

Which is why it's unfortunate that people (I'm not going to name any names... just their keys: Green Dice, Sex, Sob, Rae Kwon, U-God, Migzor, Phenix Master, and I could go on and on) insist on disrupting the forum with their petty disputes, juvenile squabbles, foul language, private flame wars, unprovable allegations, and so on, until someone is forced to take action. People like this need to realize that what they're doing is hurting BYOND itself.

If things continue, the possibility of more forum moderators might be looked at... probably people who already devote a lot of time to the forums. When and if that day arrives, you can bet that inappropriate posts (and, if it comes down to it, inappropriate posters) will be put down fast and hard... and the people who make them will have no one to blame but themselves.

Green Dice's flunkies, in the past, have made similar posts, that worked in obvious needles aimed at RaeKwon, making fun of his key name. So, of course, now whenever Green Dice mentions Wu-Tang, RaeKwon's going to see it as an attack, whether it is or not, and Green Dice undoubtedly knows that, which means it probably is intentional. It's just another chapter in their stupid private war that they insist on dragging into the public forum.

Did the admins do anything to Green Dice? No. They deleted Sex's post. If you don't see anything wrong with Green Dice's post, you should agree with their action, because Sex's post basically said,

"This post is an attack on me and I won't stand for it!", with about a hundred swear words. Lummox and I have our doubts about Green Dice's motives, but the admins don't act on such suspicion (which I agree is a good thing), they act on tangible things. Tangibly, Green Dice posted about music Sex cursed up a storm for no apparent reason. The inappropriate post was removed. The appropriate post remains. Justice prevails.

why would u-god make an attack at raekwon's name?
both names are from the group wu-tang.
