I feel exactely the same way as you. I too am tired of this don't use profanity bullshit. I curse every damn day and not once has it really affected who I am(which I am a good person), or affended anyone else beside for you little goody goodys here on BYOND. As for you leaving though, I don't agree with that. [I like chicken and playdough] the rest of them who complain about cursing and all that. Now that I have gave everyone my 2 cents I think I will quit with cursing since it is a rule and I am not one to really break the rules(that much). Plus I don't want to hear all the bitching that comes with it.

Say the governor of whatever state you live in, if you live in a state (I'm presuming you do), says that executing people for their crimes is wrong. I haven't, in fact, ever cussed on these forums. Don't assume everyone has as checkered a history as yourself and has no right to bawl you out, because you're wrong. GreenDice chewing you out for language would be hypocrisy. I can do it without a problem--I don't recall ever seeing Foomer mouth off like you have, either.

Despite the fact that you've lost your temper and control of your language numerous times in the past, to the point where you were even temporarily banned for it, the fact that you've made some effort to contribute to the community has often convinced people to forgive you. I think you've used up that good credit, though, and now I think we're better off just dumping you for good. If the best effort you can make at reform lasts a lousy month, then we're better off without you.

Zeta is from the looks the most Popular DBZ game on BYOND right now, and from the looks it usually has more players then any other game, Warriors of Ryuuza is having alot now to, so don't go telling me you could live with out me.

Actually, he's been making more and more sense, and has been toning down his insults more and more. If anything, he's becoming less of an antagonist for people who are being antagonistic themselves.

I'll admit that Lummox has annoyed me with his troll-bashing from time to time, but there's a point when the trolls get so out of line that I agree with his methods. That point was reached today.

This I do not get. How on earth could making ONE DBZ game, stop 50 others? If anything, it would provoke MORE. Define constantly.

I only correct people when they're blatantly wrong, blatantly stupid, or blatantly ignorant. There's lots of wrong, stupid, and/or ignorant people out there, but I still find that I correct people much less often than I could if I wanted to.

I could have commented that pi isn't equal to anything but the circumference of a circle with a diameter of 1. But I didn't.

Or, I could have mentioned that pi is more accurately 3.1415926535 (beyond that point of precision the difference is generally negligible). But I didn't.

I do like the irony that I'm correcting you right now, though. But, if you'll look above, you'll find that I only correct certain people...

To stretch it, Dantom could conceivably be held as responsible for the games people make as Napster was for the files people sent through it. The big deal with Napster, though, was that the Music Artists were losing money because one person would buy the CD, rip it, send it to their friends, who would send it to their friends, etc...

The games made through BYOND aren't currently hurting anyone, at least not enough to be worth their trouble to have them closed down. I'm sure if someone approached Dantom and demanded that certain games but shut down, they'd be perfectly capable of making sure that those games disappear.
