Build n' Chat is a rip off, it came from my game "Radditz234's Build n' Life" I paid good money to settle that name. But now some stupid grade-A moron has turned up and claimed this as his own.
I asked him politely to change the name of his game;
This is exactly what happened;
Radditz234:Excuse my, your game is a rip off of mine.
Foobar Master:What's your game called?
Radditz234:It's called Radditz234's Build n' life
Foobar Master:Hmph
Radditz234:Would you change the name of your game please?
Foobar Master:That's nice, now **** off
Radditz234:I'm making a record of this conversation, do you realise that?
Foobar Master:That's nice, now **** off
Radditz234: I have no choice but to post this on the forum

Is the title "Radditz234's Build n' Life" copyrighted by some official law in some form or another? Anyways, he did not use that name mentioned above for the title of his game, so therefore he is not breaking any copyright anyways.

I can't speak for the other three, but I know that Foomer doesn't badmouth you to other people -- at least, not behind your back. First off, Build n' Chat isn't the same as Build n' Life. "Life" and "Chat" are not the same word. You didn't copyright the name either.
Secondly, I know the maker of Build n' Chat. He most certainly did not take your name, he invented it himself. Just because you thought of it first doesn't mean he stole it. If the wheel was invented in two completely different places but at different times, did one inventor steal from the other? Absolutely not. And finally, that was not the entire conversation. You threatened him extremely viciously, saying that you would get him banned from BYOND forever. I think he has a right to fight back. Oh, and by the way. Dude, you copyrighted this game, thats hard to believe, since your game contains icons that are already copyrighted by all the Dragon Warrior ppl. So, u copyrighted this game is hard to believe. second off, even if it is a "copied" game, look at the Hub, millions of DBZetas and Dragon Warriors, get a life, please. I mean, look at what WizDragon said, Radditz's Build 'n' Life and Build 'n' Chat are different, mainly because Life and Chat are different, and the word Radditz is missing. ---End--- Oh, and I know foobar master, you put in some words that dont exist in his vocabulary. >=P | |
