I'm buying a couple of used n64 games and wondering what was really good. Post at least 3 please.

Roadrash (I like just gfalling off with the funny noises, Conkers Bad Fur day (It has to be my favorite for the system), And either one of tthe Zelda's for your RPG fill.

Of course I sold my system a long time ago so there may be better now.

NO! NOT GOLDENEYE! Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day(rare and hard to find), and for hours of donkey-slappin' fun, get SUPER SMASH BROS. If you are in a pinch for RPG action, Zelda 64 isn't bad, Majora's mask is a little... crappy...

I've played and beaten all of the zelda games (yes, including Zelda: the wand of gamelon), and you know what? I liked the second one better than Majora's Mask, and you know what that means? Majora's mask is CRAP, and the 2nd Zelda is a sidescrolling game!

Yeah...what rpgs are good besides Zelda. I remember my first n64 rpg was Quest 64. But I don't own it...

Mario (gotta love mario), Extreme-G 1 and 2 (fastest racing games ever), and Zelda has it's charms.

Quest sucks, I beat it will all 200 spirits, it was BORING... The N64 doesn't have many good RPGs, mostly, it has platform games. I can't think of any others, but buy a playstation 2, and then King's Field. YOu WON't REGRET IT!

Final fantasy isn't bad, so you don't like the REAL RPGs is what you are saying, king's field is GREAT, YOu have no idea what you are talking about...

Perfect dark has some really cheap weapons, and goldeneye has overall better levels in my opinion.

Perfect dark is so much more fun, DOES GOLDENEYE HAVE A LASER GUIDED ROCKET? Does it have cloaking? does it have combat knives, does it have crossbows, DOES IT HAVE 67 weapons, and simulants? NO.

All of my recommendations assume that you have three spare controllers and at least that many friends. IMALTHO, the N64 is not the greatest system in the world for single player games, but it's undefeated in the area of party games.

Any of the Army Men games are great for multi-player action, as are Mario Kart and the Mario Kart style games (like the one with the donkey kong characters, and the disney one)... cartoonish racing action and arena combat. If you're 21 or older, I heartily recommend the Mario Party series. No, they're not designed for mature players, but they're only fun if you're drinking. Super Smash Bros. is also awesome... gameplay's not remarkably intuitive, but you do get to whack two of the most annoying pokemon with baseball bats and sledgehammers. Also, in the single player mode (which is otherwise just about the biggest waste of cartridge space in the history of cartridges), if you mostly ignore Pikachu, just move around and dodge all of its attacks, it will throw itself off a cliff, often within the first 30 seconds of the fight. Faster, if you just stand at the right edge of the fighting area.

PLOP! piiiiiiiiikaa.... pi... no, but seriously, Supersmash is so great, and yes, mario party is great if everyone faces backwards, especially the sledgehammer minigames... If I'm mario, I am never defeated in mario party. Oh, and unlocking the secret level in supersmash, is SWEET! I'll let you find out for yourself.

They need to make a version of pokemon snap, just instead of a camera, a shotgun.

I Super Smash Brothers. I find it is one of the best games. I also borrowed Goldeneye from a friend and it rocks. Haven't heard anyone talk about Harvest Moon though. I think its one of the best games on N64.

Those games are good if your young, or stoned.

Good games for N64? well. before my machine was pawned in by my brother who asked me to use my machine in his store that was going under I was mostly playing my Dreamcast.. N64 has no real good RPGs or action/adventure horror/thriller games which are to my taste.. hell i like strategy games too.

Gamecube has a really good game made by friends of mine called Eternal Darkness, PS2 has some good rpgs coming out, like BOF. Grandia3, , and Star Ocean 3.. My saliva glands are pulsating for those... MmmmMMmmm and Silent Hill games.. LOVE THEM.
