List some of the funny events/bugs in your Newbie game.
Mine (DBZ: Elite), didn't have any super forms, and players would get tired of standing there, hitting the PBAG...lol
So me, and my friend (Seto/Seto-Strife) would wait a while, and randomly change the persons icon to a super form... lol... that was funny.
Also, there was a bug that made everybody UNDER the turfs, lol, that was funny.
Oh yeah, and the other Competitor was "DBZ: NN", and they were winning in the "Next-Gen DBZ Game" since Haroki was WAY better than me, lol. So I would go in there and say that DBZ: Elite was cool and stuff, lol!
Back in the day, Back in the day.... I really would like to hear what you're guys first games were like (and the funny things that were in them)

My first errr public(sort of) game was a sad version of a chat world. No one ever realy joined. So I have noi stories there.
Then there was another game that you don't do anything but walk around in a small 10x10 map in. Its not really a game. Also I have my first full blown production. Futuristic War (for lack of a better name) Here I have stories. First there were traps which no one got into. I had added turrets next. It was funny trying to dodge the bullets carefully in the field. (I have no lag yet I'm one of the worst) Then I added explosives. This is where things got funny. There were no personal arms in the game yet. So you had enemies running into a base while you can't do anything. So then they would plop the most devastating explosive in the game right in front of your face leaving you a nice quant 5 seconds to run. After that I realised the desperate need for...(players say personal arms sooo I made)it do barbed wire cutters disrmed bombs (most of the time. NOT THAT WIRE!!!!!!! :) ) Also I allowed you to build walls. Then I finally added... Power generaters (personal arms are coming. :) ) which could be disarmed to cut of laser turrets. Then finally I added (you guessed it) personal arms. Even though I suddenly realized that the yellow team (I am always on blue) always ended up still destroying every room in the blue base. (unless you hide in the vault). After that I addeed technology which allowed you to have a real chase. (motion trackers did the job) Along with invisibility and anti invisibility sensers. Which even further allowed blue to be destroyed. Then finally after that I decided that for game balancing (and I was starting to hate rebuilding blue's base every 5 seconds) I added security. |
