I was wondering what helped the oldbies learn DM since I guess there wasn't tutorial or demo's to look at... Or was there?

I remember going through another sort of tutorial the was an introduction to DM and looked a lot like the reference. I can't remember what it was though. Z's tutorial has been around for a long time. | |

Actually, I'm not a V:TM player. It's just that I know several people who are and that was the only place I'd ever heard the term. I apologize if I offended you by saying that, and retract the comment. Even so, there's no need for such a wild outburst to a simple statement. And as for choking me with my own intestines, you'd have to get YOUR intestines down off my pine tree outside and and back into your own body before you BLED to death in order to do it. Consider THAT before you threaten me.

Well when I first got here in 1998 there was the Guide, the Reference, A taste of DUNG, and Night Soil. So there have been resourses to learn from for a very long time.
