how do I make it so the map will look dark?
I want like a thin dark blue layer over the whole map so it'll look like its night time.

Another question...I was able to create weather effect, a snowing, but the snow lies beneath the player's feet...looks so unnatural.
Anyone know how to make it so that snow will show up ABOVE the object or mob icons??
