The Outsiders

Has anyone read the book "The Outsiders". I was bored recently and picked up a copy in homeroom and now I'm hooked! I can't stop reading it...but thats not a good thing becauce i can never get my work done...^_^

I had to read it as an assignment in literature back in like 5th grade, it was ALRIGHT....

Its good, is it? I will have to hasve a look.

I might recomend "The crysalids" by John Wyndham.

They've made a movie out of just about every novel that you get to read in school. To Kill a Mockingbird, The Outsiders (with a young Emelio Estevez!), A Handmaid's Tale, any Shakespearian play, etc.

My mom said Tom Cruise played in it but she may have had that mixed up with "Eddie and the Cruisers"! LOL

Yea, The Outsiders is a great book, I read it about 2x and watched the movie.

on john wydnham thats a damn good book but id say read Day of the Triffids. now thats a god book,
im rereading the stand agian, WOOP just finished IT.
