well, the word doesn't actually 'stop' anyone from taking code, but if you can prove it was yours (by showing the copyright seal in the code somewhere) then you have a case...

Another problem is that the cost of fighting a legal battle over some dubious quality game code would cost more time and money than what actually went into the game in the first place...

Also all you have to do in your code is add the following line for it to be copyrighted.


"©[year] [yourname], All rights reserved, this code is only to be used by its owner, or with written permission from the copyright owner."


You don't need to offically copyright anything, if it's yours, you already own the copyright to it.

I don't think anything after "all rights reserved" has any legal standing, particularly with the extraneous apostrophe in "its".

Don't worry, if you talk about it \it will get worse, just keep on keepin' on. I garuntee it'll blow over. If people are dumb enough to buy it, they SHOULD lose their 50 dimes.

As a matter of fact, the same thing happened with Zeta, I've been monitoring the hub and It's slowly dying.

YOu can't do anything about it, just deal with it, ignore it it won't go away, but it'll fade.
