I have started a football pick 'em league with my friends. And I would like to make a website for it. Problem is, it's hard to upkeep and keep track of all the records and things. I need to have a fast way of inputting wins, losses, ties, ranks, etc. Is there like a ranking or chart thing that I can use? I mean, a defualt template so I can upload it to a website or something like that. Any help is appreaciated.
Thanks, Sariat.

What I'm looking for is something like this...
______________________________ |Name|Wins|Losses|Ties|Record| ------------------------------ And It will rank it in order according to which has column has the highest. So I can print who has the most wins, most ties, most losses, best record, etc. |
ok, im no expert!!!
but it sounds like you need some sort of database, Digi will probably know how this can be sorted. |
.......I'm talking about a program that ranks things based on how high or how low it is and puts them in order.

I am a web designer, but I don't do very much database-type work. I am more of a graphic designer that specializes in websites. :)
I would imagine that you will have to use Perl or another server-side client to do this. That is, if you want the results to be displayed on the website, and do it all automatically. |
I would suggest he hire me, except that I don't do much of that sort of thing.
My work consists entirely of making websites that look good. None of my clients really care to have fancy scripts like that. They really only want javascript rollovers, flash movies, animated logos, and other things like that to make their websites flashy (but not too flashy), while still providing the information that their customers require. |
