Mouse Pointers

I was wondering how to change the mouse pointer to a custom made one. I have looked in the reference pages but it doesn't show any examples, can anyone show me exactly how to do it please.

client.mouse_pointer_icon:duplicate definition
instruction not allowed here

Remember, the place where the clicking occurs is in the middle of the icon.

Maybe thats it by default, but you can change that by setting the hot spot in the icon editor.
