And neither is God, so that makes your choice of subject lines awfully weird.

Nah, you can learn to live with him. I can right now. He hasn't wronged me... yet and recently. There is somebody else who is.... *uuhrmmm*

i dont hate Raekwon, in fact i have less respect for all moderators than Raekwon, still, that doesnt mean I dont respect the moderators. Just means I know Raekwon a little more than I know you.

One thing I'd like to establish before I say anything; over the whole course of this document, I'm treating you as an equal. I mean it in the most constructive and friendly sense.

Speaking honestly, you really do have misdirected blame. I don't want to implicate anything here, but Lummox JR (who I'm definitely assuming "all moderators" refers to, in addition to Lexy) has never been called on for breaking the forum's rules. Several moderators have, however, disagreed with how much effort he put into defending a case, because it seems unprofessional when he beats an argument into the ground. Lexy did go overboard a few times before she was actually a moderator; during her time as a moderator, she has never been questioned in her actions by any of the other moderators. Myself, I've never been called on breaking forum rules either, though I have gotten mad at a few people (and I am still under the clear belief that I completely won those arguments). The only time I was told to stop doing something was when I was actually defending a DBZ thread and got to the point of getting angry at people who continued to insult the maker of the game.

Here's a clincher: do you have almost no respect for Guy T.? Or Zilal? They are some of the most relaxed moderators. I've never seen Zilal or Guy T. ever raise their "voice". Same goes for Alathon, though he does slightly respond to rudeness.

In summary, the moderators never do anything without two things in mind: one, that they will not make anything personal unless someone else chooses to make it personal; two, that they don't do anything against someone unless the accepted policy and/or consensus states that they actually did do something wrong. (Did you know that the moderators have their own separate forum to discuss possible breaches of policy and reach a decision as to whether or not it is acceptable?)

For example, if you mouth off at a moderator after they close a thread and inform you that it is not acceptable for the forum, that moderator has every right to defend him/herself. Note that I did not say defend their actions -- the policies of the forum already stand on their own, and don't need defence. I'm referring to when you begin to refer to the moderator him/herself with nasty tones.

Also for example, if you swear in a thread and a moderator deletes the swearword and/or the thread, then it is a swear, and no amount of complaining, insulting, and griping will ever change that fact. If most people are offended by a word, it is a swearword -- I doubt the Ku Klux Klan is offended when someone says the N-word, but the people that horrible word refers to are definitely offended. Same goes for slang terms for anatomy that have vulgar connotations -- some might not be offended, but most are.

Those are both clear examples of actions you have done in the past. Perhaps, before you look at the moderators under a red light, you should take a good long look at yourself first. And I'm saying that as a peer to a peer, not as a moderator to a forum user.

I didnt know Z was a modirator, and i have never heard of guy T., i guess you learn something new everyday.

Guy T. is Gughunter's real name... And yes, they're both moderators... The reason not many people realize that is because they're both extremely relaxed and tolerant individuals...lol Plus, Z's hardly around anymore, and the other moderators usually get to trouble spots before Gug has the chance...lol

Oh, i knew Gug was one, didnt realize his real name was Guy T
