router help

Hey i need to know what ports i have to configure my router to to host byond. Do i need anything but the chosen port open? its an SMC router if this helps at all. I figure digi or someone who knows about internet workings could help.

Use port forwarding. Open any port you want for BYOND hosting. (I recommend two, one for hosting, the other for pager.) Then when hosting, use the port you opened instead of zero. (Don't forget to setup the pager...)

im configuring the darn thing right now.
i needed it to set up my Apache webserver as well.

Ah. I forgot to mention: Read the manual, they're actually quite helpful... visit the website if there is one...

Wait a sec... Apache... *bangs head on keyboard* That's why it didn't work! The router!
