Well I'd like for them to go back to the old style maps like in Zelda 1, Zelda: A Link to the Past, and the gameboy ones where the world isn't just a big field :P. And from what it sounds like the new GC Zelda will just have a large ocean instead of the field to move painfully slowly across.

Well, if you are making a Zelda game, I would like to inform you that me and a team of other members of BYOND are already halfway done making our Zelda game.

I prefer working alone at my own pace so i don't have to wait for others. :P

Since the map in two of the games is identical, the map doesn't matter to me. I'd like to see all the game worlds. Including (but not limited to) Hyrule, Koholint, Zelda oracles and Zelda Ocarina of time. There should be special objects like the Ocarina of Time, the Pendants, the Master sword etc. Once the holder of the item dies, the items return to their resting place.

I'd like to see houses (my newest house system works pretty well), user-owned shops, moblins, books, nightmares and dungeons.

But of course, no Zelda game would be complete without Princess Zelda herself (known as Marin in Links Awakening [yeah I've finished that like, 8 times!])

To much? Well, you did ask. If you need help with specific systems, houses in particular, e-mail me ([email protected]) and I might give you some help. If you're lucky.

PS. Also a permanent server. And trees that you can run into... and...

Actually, Marin and Zelda are two different entities.

The map of in LOZ classic, Zelda III, and Ocarina of Time all display the same land of Hyrule... just over a period of hundreds of years, which explains a bit of shifting and differances. But yes, I'd love to the map of Hyrule including Northern Hyrule (Adventure of Link).
