Request for new Channel area

As of right now I'm placing everything under Utilities(misguiding as it may be, as it has nothing to do with BYOND).

Utilities isn't used to refer to tools made for BYOND, it's used to refer to tools made with BYOND. Learning tools are tools too.

You know that... I know that... but try explaining that to someone who comes to BYOND for the first time.

I always play up to the most inexperinced user, just to be safe.
