Basically I requested a review as a strategy game.
Here's the reply I recieved;

"When requiring people to pay, you must include a free demo for it to be accepted into chaannels.

Also realize that you will not get many subscribtions if you require payment because BYOND Dime deposits were disabled.

Please resubmit this with a demo.

--Kunark (BYOND Hub Review Staff)"

I dont understand fully what this guy is trying to say. What does he mean by "Dime deposits"? Does that mean I cant charge people at all? or will i just have to devise a new system for subscribing to work on? I could just make it manual but then people might think i would steal their dimes. Help anyone?
Read my e-mail back to you.

And for more info on the dime deposits thing, go to your wallet and it will say it in very large letters at the top.

This isn't the reason your game wasn't accepted though. Your game wasn't accepted because it didn't include a demo. The rest was just my advice to you so your not wondering why possibly you only get 3 people playing your game per month if you stick to the other plan, when you are left in the dark that not many have dimes anymore.

[EDIT]

Oh and one more thing, you don't need a demo if it is free so if you decide to free it up, don't bother on the demo, it is just not accepted when there is no way to try it without paying.
He's saying that you can charge if you want, but not as many people as before will be able to pay as the dime system is being phased out. He's also requesting that you include a free demo (or just use BYOND Passport to give subscribers extra features). He shouldn't have to pay to review it, plus I think it's actually BYOND policy that all accepted games must have demos.

Well, the game's been switched to free... but how do i use the passport system? Do I ask them to donate then manually give them subscription?

I know how to use it, but do I just add subscribers on the Hub? or is there another way?
In response to Kunark
Ok Kunark, Can you publish my game now please?
In response to Radditz234
You set it up to be accessed via subscription, tick the "BYOND Passport" box, and set some prices up. Only BYONDimes can be used at the moment, but soon people will be able to pay through PayPal with an automated system.
Having re-looked at it for Fan-games myself. I found there was little I could do as a none-subscriber too. A game needs to be playable before any payment is given or else how can the reviewers play and test it?

Um I think you 2 are missing the point, basically;

My game is free to play (if someone is hosting)
All it costs is 3 dimes to subscribe and host

And so far 2 problems have arisen;
1) Kunari tells me that the subscription code doesnt work.
2) The Passport code is not working

If you can help in any way please pager me

You're missing the point yourself, you can't charge people to download it, there either has to be a free demo, or it has to be free. This way people can try before they buy.

I dont PLAN to charge people to download, just so that when they subscribe, they get the extra features on the passport. If you know how, tell me
In response to Radditz234
You might say, have a door that you cannot get passed unless you have a subscribtion, if they decided to subscribe they will be able to pass, otherwise no.

if(client.CheckPassport("0123456789abcdef"))
usr.x = src.x+1
else
usr << "You must subscribe to pass this door!"

That number for check passport is in the distribution section after you check to use passport for extra features.

You might have already known that but I thought I'd give you an example.

I will review it again after we are done with the re-reviews. We have now been asked to wait till all re-reviews are over with.

Why is a Fan Game charging a subscription fee? Fan Games must not earn any kind of profit, directly or indirectly, to be accepted into the BYOND channels.

That's true.
