Depends on what you mean. You can make a massivly multiplayer game where you kill stuff for the purposes of getting strong enough to kill other stuff.

If you want to make it 3D this isn't the language you want to write your game in. But if you don't mind having it tile based then BYOND is perfect for you.

You can, but probably not the way you would like. Just one thing though, don't make it look as ugly and horrid as everquest is.
