sorry! there is no such thing as "the code"... try back later when people can read your mind!

seriously- it is unlikely that anyone knows exactly what you want, or how you want it to function just on name alone. a better way to approach your request is to say something like: "i am looking for code snippets/routines that allow mobs to fight in a certain style, deal with damage and special attacks..." and so on. only then will anyone take you seriously.

alternatively, learning DM programming will give *you* the power to make what ever you desire, if you put some time and effort into it.

From this point on, anyone who mentions "TEH CODE" Copyright © 2003 Chuckles. All rights reserved. has to pay me royalties! =D
You mean Budokai? And no, if you are referring to a DBZ game, you are in and out of luck. There are hundreds of Clone-DBZ games already, I would suggest hand-making your own, because making another rip-off game is quite possibly the worst thing you can POSSIBLY do on BYOND. Trust me man, I wouldn't hate you if you made a crappy DBZ game on your own, but I WOULD NOT appreciate a remake of someone else's no matter how much you improve it. (But it might be nice to see what you are capable of...)

My advice would be to search the HUB, but you'll just find messed up versions of a game called ZETA, which wasn't that good to begin with. If you are going to download this, DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN VERSION! Take the coding from this game piece by piece and try to work out how the game works.

BUT, if you want to start off on the "right" foot, read a tutorial, I'd reccommend ZBT (Zilial's Beginner's Tutorial), old, yes, but still good reading.

That's just, sick! How can you even suggest THAT!? If he just downloads it, he'll have an entire game at his hands where he'll only have to change a few names and give it a new random meaningless name. Best thing to do would be NOT to even look at the source. If you happen to come across it, don't let it tempt you!

Read a tutorial or two..

I was aying that because I KNOW that is what he is going to do anyway. If you had read the entire post... WHIC HE DID NOT! You would have seen that I was moreover suggesting that he NOT rip off other peoples' games, but rather learn from them.

They are not the same thing. I doubt he will listen to my suggestion about READING A FRIGGIN' TUTORIAL FOR A CHANGE!

Honestly...

Ah HA! So you're actually TEN people!

Well, I learned everything I did from getting source codes and seeing what code did what and so on.

The best way for ME to learn, is to download free source codes, tear them apart and see what makes them tick.

But if your looking for a DBZ game, do it by scratch. You wouldnt believe the crappyness and messyness of the sources they hand out!

Sorry, it was created by Gazoot, therefore he owns the copyrights. ;)

copyrights.. Thats such a funny word, especially with a DBZ game on Byond. The chances of Budokai being ripped from another Zeta source is like 70%, so how much of it can he actully copyright?

I started a project called Byond Dragonball Budokai a few nights ago, does that mean Im gonna be sued by him now? heh, please.

(Quick FYI I didn't realize there was a Budokai on Byond already, or I wouldnt have picked that name, it seems by this post I did this just to piss someone off, in reality I didn't, but with like 24.5 hours put into the source, Im not going to change the name now.)

Actually I guess I should have quoted Goku's post. I was referring to something different.
