How can you say that Pizza is not healthy? It contains a large section of the food pyramid. Vegetables, meats, wheats, and dairy!

If you want a healthy pizza, you can make it yourself and decide how healthy to make it. I have pizza almost every week, and I eat very healthy.
My diet consists mostly of grains in the form of cerial, pasta, bread, and similar products. I also eat fruits and vegetables, whatever ones are handy. That is my diet, I do not eat meat and I rarely have any dairy. I am as healthy as can be, I get a good amount of protien, carbs, vitamins and minerals, and I get very little sugar and salt (just enough to meet the quota, which isn't much). If you are trying to eat healthy, I suggest alphalpha sprouts. You can buy them, or you can grow them. You eat them shortly after they sprout, when they are only half an inch in length. I also suggest you find out what vitamins and minerals you aren't getting (if any) and get some fruits and vegetables that contain those and blend them up into a drink. I don't know if you need any pointers, but there they are if you want them. |

Funny enough, in order to stay healthy it is important to have 2 - 3 servings of meat, and 2 - 3 servings of dairy daily.

No, it is not really. It is important to get certain life sustaining things, such as protien, which are in meat. But contrary to popular belief, you can get all four amino acids for protien construction without meat or dairy. In fact, if you get the amino acids from grains, fruits and vegetables your body simply constructs them into protien; wheras if you get them allready constructed into protien by eating meat your body must disassemble the protiens back into their seperate amino acids and then reconstruct them into the protiens that it needs - by getting your protiens from sources other than meat you actually save your body a bit of work.
