Well it's up to you to remember the email address. By the way hotmail is a service, what you meant to say is "email".

Then you're screwed, unless you can figure out what it was. =) The system needs some reliable way of recognising that the person requesting the password is the actual person who owns the account. (As much as anything is reliable on the internet.)
