Were you charging for access or requesting donations for your fan game? If so, that is illegal and will cause your game to be taken down.

Failed to respond to e-mail warning to remove bogus copyright and "inc." -- Tue Apr 27 2004, 7:59 AM

That message was:

Gohan231.DragonballEternalFaith: This hub entry shows a copyright message that's not even legal. You don't own a copyright on Dragonball material, and you can't call yourself "inc." unless you're actually legally incorporated. (Unlike copyrights, which don't necessarily need registration, incorporation is a legal status you must apply for--and issue stock--to receive.) Chances are there actually is a company called Eternal Productions, it is incorporated, and you've just violated their trademark. This kind of thing is a magnet for trouble. We ask that you'd please remove those notices from your entry, and avoid legal-sounding jargon in the future. Thank you.

In response to DarkCampainger
You are not allowed to claim a copyright on things you didn't make.

Didn't he just reply to a post by AZA about 'inc.' not too long ago?

Nope, definitely refering to someone else...

All you really need to do is put a copyright mark TO YOUR NAME with the year. Also, send a copy of your whatever it is you want to copyright to yourself (by post). This will give you a dated envelope (Don't open it). You could actually sue someone for copyright infringement if you have sent that to yourself - it would stand up in evidence in court.
In response to Hazman
Not really, if you attempt to copyright a DBZ game FUNimation can sue for copyright infringment, even if everything in the game is done by you.

What about copyrights on the icons individually?
In response to Goku72
The icons are based on something that's copyrighted, legally you can't copyright them.
In response to YMIHere
OK can i just put my hub up and not put copyright on it then?

And how do u copyright things?

But, I don't think Funimation copyrighted bald naked characters with no eye-brows. =P
