There's no such thing. Every programmer is better at some things and worse at others. If you want a list of people in this community who are skilled in DM, that's another question, though.

The same can be said about anything but there are still people that are the top of their field. It's sometimes just not easy to judge :P.

It is Off Topic, but there are some rules to adhere to. No on e likes meaningless posts that serve no purpose but to take up bandwidth. Imagine owning a bulletin board, and useful information was put on there every day; babysitters for hire, activities coming up, and the like. Now imagine someone walks up to your bulletin board and posts something without any benefit to the board. People try to ignore it, and eventually post over it. A few minutes later the same guy comes by and nails the same useless flier to the bulletin board, over top of the potentially useful things. You, as the bulletin board owner, don't want things of no use on your board, so you warn the person who's been putting it up, but they don't stop. That's somewhat like you and this forum. You'll find people will be a whole lot nicer if you don't give them reason to be angry.

no such thing. now if you had said 'developers' or 'programmers', then you might have something there.

garthor has a good point- this topic has been dredged up periodically over the last year. better to search through the forum to see what has been discussed/flamed in the past.

besides, 'best' is a relative term in this community. we all have different strengths and weaknesses.
