1 more thing, you see how I have it so if(prob to get either copper or iron? Does that make it so I can get both copper and iron with 1 use of mine? If so how do I make it so only 1 can happen?

You have it so you can get both copper and iron in a single click of the verb,to avoid that, for the iron part (if(prob(25+luck))) put an "else " before the if. It should look like 
else if(prob(25 blah blah
