I need to get my hands on a decent C++ compiler (for free). It has to run under Windows '98. Also, I need the compiler for writing programs. Do you know one that best suits my needs?

There's also an entire IDE available at http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html.
Most of Microsoft's latest compilers are available for free, too. Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 |

Excellent, I'll try them all. Now it's time to make my totally unoriginal "ouput "Hello!"" program! Just have to remember it now. =)
