TOKYO, Japan (CNN) -- If you have ever wished you could be invisible, just like Harry Potter in his magic cloak, you are in luck, thanks to an invention by a Japanese scientist.

_> old news CNN is slow or your slow becuase I heard about that 2 years ago with the same picture actaully it was a better picture and you were able to see how it makes them invisible (all it is,is a bunch of glass relecting all around making the person visibly invisible just flash a light on em and they aint xD)

That one is just a projector projecting onto his coat. Nothing special, there is a camera right behind him sending the picture to the projector. Simple system, With about $500 worth of materials I could do the same.

Bah. I was going to reply to it with this same message kind of but kept getting blocked by an internal server error. Oh well, here is what I saved:

go to the bottom on the last movie. that is the best example. he almost looks like a ghost.

However, it's not as special as it looks. You can't just walk around with these on. There is a projector (or something if I read the diagrahm right) to the side of him projecting an image behind him onto a cloak made out of mirrors. Without the projector, it's nothing. All it is is the image being reflected correctly off the suit towards the camera. Nothing that hasn't been "what if'd" by a teenager smoking pot in his basement before. Not too special if you ask me.

I doubt you could get a projector for $500, let alone the whole system.

Bah, you just need to buy used stuff.

Make one then...because......

....because that would be cool.

Did I say I had 500 to spare? Plus, it isn't that special, even if the materials cost more than that, it wouldn't make it any more special.
