Anyone use DarkBasic?

Since it's a BASIC language, does it have any striking similarities to Visual Basic (Specifically, .NET 2003)?

Underlying language/structure is similar, but they're way different. Doesn't DarkBasic have some sort of trial/demo version?

Ive used it, but i cant answer your question because Ive never used VB.Net

I tried learning some Dark Basic Professional yesterday and i couldn't understand most of it.

BYOND is a lot more simpler, they do complicated stuff so much more easily. I thank BYOND for that.
