You could, but you'd face stiff competition from all the other ISPs out there that market towards white culture. You know... AOL, Earthlink, MSN, etc. They cater to their perceived customer base, the majority of which is white. What would your hypothetical ISP offer that would really differentiate itself from those other services?
Oh, I know they don't say anything on their pages about being marketed towards white culture... but how often do you see an ice cream parlor saying "NOW FEATURING VANILLA!" or a generic fast food stand that say "YES, WE HAVE HAMBURGERS!" You know that an ice cream parlor will offer vanilla and you know that, unless the name of the restaurant emphasizes another food type, the fast food stand will serve hamburgers. If you like vanilla ice cream and hamburgers, then you don't need to look for a big sign telling you "Yes, this place caters to your tastes."
Or to put it another way... do you see something unfair or suspicious in the fact that you don't see buildings bothering to advertise that they're also accessible to the non-handicaps or a university brochure proudly proclaiming the percentage of their writing desks that are right handed? Of course not. Right handed people are the majority, the "default" assumption, and so they know they can expect their needs to be taken care of. There's nothing "Leftist" (hee hee) about a university rule requiring a fixed percentage of desks to be set up for left handed students.
