"Free for you, [ungodly expensive] for them." =P Printing off something that big will probably earn you some very big frowns, and make them impose a cost-per-page system in the very near future. |

the best compromise i found was to download the online book to my hard-drive, where i can read it offline anytime i want to. i used HTTRACK, a very nice website copier found at: http://www.httrack.com/ and it is available for Windows and Linux. Just use the online book address mentioned earlier in this thread, and it will copy all the pages to your computer. then you just burn that to a CD and can take it with you anywhere you need it! :)

well if you do decide to print it out, try to do two pages per side, so as to save some paper (double-side them too, if you can).

i had already thought of that, use small font, and print up like a chapter every day or so.

Also, they need to release the PDF version of the book.

you could do it yourself- there are several freeware HTML-to-PDF programs out there. heck, you could write one in PHP.

I'm pretty sure it was on digitalbyond <_<

A PDF version of the guide is now available: just click on the "DM Guide" link on the sidebar.

Thanks Tom!
The DM code snippets are slightly messed up for me too (using Acrobat 5, Windows XP). |
