How 'bout calling the company.
N1ghtW1ng, some companies'(SP?) tech support are HORRIBLE! I mean, they make you wait for hours upon hours upon hours with that music they play when they put you on hold(sometimes).
... i want to reset the router..... but... my brothers are playing online an i dont want to kick them off... my dad is also looking at.... well thats not important right now
For me resetting takes 1 minute. I have to unplug all of the wires connecting to the Cable Modem and the Router. Then I press the button for 30 seconds and then let go. Plug it all back in...and there we go. My router reset.
Thats what a router is for >.> It connects more than one computer to the internet...and making them be able to go on the internet at the same time...

And then you get to talk to Apu, from India. :P (There is also a small chance you get a Canadian. An american is rare too.) |

My D-link router allows me to lock out computers that don't have a specific hardware address, so only two computer on my network can access the router control panel at all. It's possible that you have enabled a similar feature mistakenly. If none of the computers on your network are able to access the control panel, you may have to do a hardware reset to return it to factory settings.
