I'm sure there are families who have lost members to chainsaw wielding psychos and were offended by what he said he did. Plus the post was not that charming, and only minorly humorous.

It is the fact that he stated it after he said his pledge to present an idea which goes back upon what he was changing. Therefore falling down on his pledge. :)
