Ever notice that the "Warning of the Day" is the same all the time? What a long day this is!

Warning of the Day: Never announce something you have not yet done. Try, and you will be instantly robbed of the determination to do it. 100% guaranteed!

It's been that since I joined (not this name, this is a new name XD) When I really joined was like...2 years ago or so? Damn! What a LONG day!
The advice is too good to take off.
In response to JordanUl
True, but they could keep another message as well as that, I need more advise from the BYOND Gurus =P
In response to JordanUl
Jordan, quit acting like you still use BYOND....

:P
In response to Sariat
Yeah, and you do, Sariat? Lol. =P

That message of the day is the message of the day for every day. No has ever said that a message of the day has to change. It's not like a bylaw or anything.

Besides, that advice is probably the most important thing you can use. Use it use it use it.
In response to Sariat
Well uh... It is.. good advi-... SHUTUP!
In response to Polantaris
I remember, a BYOND Guru spoke to me in a dream, and he had more advice! His first piece of advice was brush after every meal! His second was don't swim until an hour after you eat! And that's about it...
In response to Data-Con
what about "don't put USR in PROC, ugh!" :p
In response to digitalmouse
Don't forget "Don't use ripped [pick("sourcecode","maps","icons")], ungh!"

Don't use profanity in the forums.

Anyways, they could just remove the 'of the Day' part.

No! I have announced many things at night and kept my determination. Don't let them remove that feature.

Long ago, Dan announced that he was going to change the Warning of the Day.

Was that an utterance on his deathbed?

I think you are taking this post to literally, he was just pointing out an irony. You have to have...humor.
In response to Rockinawsome
Sorry, I don't have humor.

(Maybe humour, but hey, I'm sarcastic. I'm supposed to be)

Your right, he needs some humour =P

Whoever told you not to swim after you eat, he done lied to you. :P That piece of "sound medical advice" was likely invented by parents in order to get an enforceable respite from having to watch their children in the water... never ocurred to them that if they stopped watching long enough, the problem would solve itself?

Anyway, this has long since passed so firmly into the realm of "things EVERYONE knows", to the point where even medical doctors will repeat it as true... not because

What I want to know is, exactly where are you supposed to get the cramp? Abdominal cramps make the most sense, considering the circumstances, but why would they cramp when swimming? You don't use them to float or swim.

heh, always the spelling that gets me. =P
