So you work with nuclear bombs? I understand certainty vs. certitude, but don't act like you know without a shadow of a doubt. Also, many of the nuclear ban treaties haven't been signed yet by every nation. Which isn't to say that it was fake. A natural "disaster" is just something that normally occours on the Earth over and over. It has happened in the past, and it will happen again in the future. Does it mean the end of the world? No. Does it mean god's wrath on mankind? No. Does it mean covert super secret government research killed thousands? More likely, but again, no.

(I've also played Metal Gear Solid... :) ) But trust me, I don't think you need any knowledge of Nuclear bombs to know that the Tsunami was NOT A NUCLEAR TEST. Haven't you even seen the pictures? The Holy Mosques are still standing, while everything else is flattened. Why? Not because God protects from Nukes- it's because they are made from stone, and all the huts/houses are made from wood. It was felt on the other side of the world. You cannot reproduce the effects of an earthquake that size with mere nuclear bombs. Compare: Earthquake (Magnitude 9): 31,800,000,000 tons Nuclear Bomb (*Tsar Bomb, aka: largest nuclear bomb ever): 50,000,000 tons Do the division. You need six hundred and thirty six nukes. Now, I think we can rule out that theory. (That's tons of TNT, btw.) See, with minimal research, you can mathematically rule out the ridiculous. Besides, why would the US government (or any for that matter) go dropping nukes in the middle of the ocean to cause a tsunami to kill people? That's gotta be the most far out conspiracy... (*The Tsar Bomb was supposedly capable of delivering 100 megatons, but detonated with 50) | |
Don't you think a nuclear test would leave some sort of... nuclear fallout? Radiation levels off the hook? Superheating of the affected area? Not to mention sattelite imagery would most likely pick that up.

If it did happen I don't think it would be their intention to try and kill people. The bomb itself could do more damage if dropped directly. Which just further goes to discredit this theory.

*Yeah, I know- you could call me weak minded for believing the Media when they tell me that a tsunami struck. But to be honest, Nuclear testing was reduced by bans nearly half a century ago, where it moved underground. Now, they can test nuclear weapons via computers and mockups.
