Interesting that you blocked out power...That would seem, almost undeniable, and yet...

Like Ive been saying for the longest time. There is NO console war, the only war is the one made by the Fans, plain and simple.

I could just see it now, Nintendo works snipering Microsoft workers from the top of a Nintendo Trade Center. lol

If you are happy with what you bought, and dont regret buying it, youll always win.

With that said, Nintendo PWNS Xbox.
Thats gonna be well over $1000 since it was rumored they both might be around $500

Hardware preformance
1- Xbox 360
2- Ps3
3- Nintendo R.

Xbox is going to be 3 times better than NR and 2 times better than ps3. And guess what before you ps3 and NR fans start halloring. I think you should know im not even a freakin xbox fan! Ive been playing all systems since they began. I like pss the most. But xbox is going to come away in the end. Microsoft can not be stopped. And it is hopeless for Sony and Nintendo to even try.

So sorry nintendo fans but it is the truth your new system is screwing you.

Your an idiot. For the most part, there is only specualtion for the Nintendo R, so the fact remains is, you nor I have ANY idea how strong the Revolution will be. Since the Nintendo R will be out after the Xbox 360, it could very well be, it might be stronger.

Just because Microsoft is a software giant, does not MEAN they will become the only home video game solution and stomp out all other competition. Ever hear the saying the bigger they are, the harder they fall? Did you know, for the most part, MS actully lost money on the Xbox?

Yes it does. Microsoft will run past the other companys. Microsoft can lose money on their product while sony and nintendo can't. Thats because they all ready have alot more money than sony and nintendo. And as for that saying. I hate how people get it wrong. "The bigger they are, the harder they fall". That basically means Microsoft = Big then Sony and Nintendo = hard to take down Microsoft. So the bigger they are, the harder it is to make them fall.

For the most part, I dont care for my Xbox, its big, bulky, and fragil. We were over at my friends house one time, and he slapped the slide of his Xbox and it started to make these weird sounds, and now smoke pours out when ever he runs it for more then 30 mins.

Besdies, Nintendo had a point. There is going to be a line, when you just cant enchance a game anymore with sheer horse power. Theres going to be a time, when you can get as realistic as you can get, and then its not going to matter.

Quite personally, the power of the current systems is good enough for me. How much better are these games going to look on the Xbox 360, PS3 or the Nintendo R? Will there even be that much of a differance? I dont think it will be that noticeable.

Just because a system is powerful does not mean its going to crush everyone in the market. This has been proven time and time again.

Nintendo is an insanely rich company. It was one of the most profitable companies in the entire world during the 90s.

Nintendo is also UBER popular, I know a lot of people who love it.
Like, me!

No one is going to pay $500 or even $1,000.00 for that matter for a video game system.

The most expensive system Ive ever saw was a Sega Stack Style system by Panasonic, where you could buy and expand the system, in the end, it could play VCDs, Sega CD, Sega Saturn and some other games. It was like a total of $750.00 when you got done with it, guess what, it didnt sell well.

Honestly I dont ever remeber a video game system being over $200.00, maybe $300.00

And stuff like the Camadore 64 dosent count, since it was actully a computer.

Meh, who was it...the...people...thingy...yeah:

Phillips CD-i console.

Cost 1000 dollars, I believe. It flopped.

It even had Zelda on, Here's why.

Oh yeah..that zelda game makes fan boys cry...I heard
I see a pattern in this topic.

Just about every person who joined after 2003 (not counting people making Second Key Names) supported either Sony or Microsoft.

Just about every person who joined before 2003 supported Nintendo.

Everyone who joined before 2000 supported PCs.

Let me share some examples:

"I'm getting both, no matter what. Halo 3 and hopefully so more GTA games"

Supports Sony/Microsoft, Joined After 2003.

"Like Ive been saying for the longest time. There is NO console war, the only war is the one made by the Fans, plain and simple. "Xbox will suck. I would take my super NES over that piece of crap anyday."
Forged:8/30/02
Supports Nintendo, Joined Before 2003.

Not trying to say anything, but it seems like the oldbies know what they're talking about when it comes to gaming.

Then there's the überoldbie (Theodis) who supported the PC.

In the end, I also look forward to the Nintendo Revolution. Coincidentally I also joined before 2003.

Your logic phails (spelt wrong on purpose). I support Nintendo Revoulution, and I joined in mid '04.

Did I say "all people after 2003 support Sony/Microsoft"?

No, I did not say 'all'. I said 'most'.

Actaully...you said "Just about every person who joined after 2003..." Same thing though.

I think your thoery is just a bunch of statistics losely strung together without any logical coherency at all.

Sorry, but it makes no sense. There's no reason why joining BYOND at a certain time would make you support a different gaming platform. :/

But you're the next Lummox Jr! He joined before 2003, so I win. :D

Honestly, the pattern I see is that Nintendo fans are most likely to mention something related to age/seniority as if it should matter... and quite possibly be followed up by "me too" posts.

Hah, oh yeah! It all becomes clear to me now. =D

Perhaps because we grew up with nintendo? I remember a point where I could wrap The Legend of Zelda: A link to the past in a day. (I was 6 :D)

Why do you think the revolution is coming out AFTER the ps3 and xbox360?

So Nintendo can see what their up against, and improve their system.
