You know, I don't see much point measuring it in terms of PL. Who's to say that gaining 10,000 PL in the game takes the same amount of time as gaining 10,000 PL in the story?
Rather, the deciding factor in gameplay terms is time taken.
Believe me, ITG's kaiku tries to not be boring. instead of sitting around hitting a pbag all day. You could do pushups, situps, shadow box, run a track, spar with a friend, you could even play ddr to train.

For alot of the Db series, they did not even kno what their PL was. They just sensed relitive strength. So why not hide it from players? Dont give them a power, give them a status. Good, bad, hurt, weak, etc. When they train, give them hints in text as to what is happening to them. ex: Your biceps burn as you train. Which would indicate muscle growth, telling the player they are getting slightly stronger.

IF thats the case, halfbreeds are probably about 5x stronger than normal saiyans. Based on your info, they would be about 10million+ powerlevel before even becoming teens.

Muscle damaged, actually. ;) When you train, or exercise, your muscles become damaged and hurt. This is the burning and hurting sensation. Based on what I saw before I started watching, if the parent is SS before having the kid, the kid can go SS at a much younger age. Gohan went SS after intense training with Goku, but neither Goten nor Trunks needed it. They weren't even 10 yet. Of course, the last I watched was a couple years ago, so my memories foggy, btu I think thats how it went.

And from what i've seen, Goku was about 6million against Frieza. (with Kaiokenx20) Then when he transformed into a Super Saiyan he went to about 15million. Also, that is the powerlevel if you've played that DB Sagas game, not to say it's correct but i've seen it in more than one place.
