If you inhaled it and somehow got rendered unconscious at the same time... maybe. Your lungs could haemorrhage and begin to fill with fluid. You'd essentially drown yourself.

The likelihood of this happening? I'd call it "negligible", personally. It's one of those 'sure, it's possible, if the state of the universe is exactly right' sort of things.
