I have larned its better to ask for help then do it wrong a million times, So how would I put somthing on a timer so it hapens at exact times every day? stupid question just never realy looked into it :/

ok, well. I found out how I could do it, but does anybody know how to convert world.timeofday into a hour of the day instead of how many seconds there have been? x.x
