I took screenshots of these when trying to Download my sisters game. When I click to download, DreamSeeker opens up and then it flicks back to AOL where the top popup is displayed. When I click 'Yes' the bottom popup appears. If I click 'No' nothing happens. This happens with all kind of downloads, but mostly when I try download byond games. It doesnt when I download demos or libraries though. :\
I'm guessing theres a configuration setting telling AOL to do this. It just started happening for no apparent reason a few hours after my brother installed a game, so maybe that had something to do with it? (unlikely but he did download something to go with it - i just get to see what he downloaded) Main problem is, I have no idea how to change AOLs settings - theres too many of them!!! I took a screenshot of the ONLY thing even remotely related to downloading files: ( I apoligize for the sheer size of it, alt+prnt scrn didnt take JUST the active window :\)

But I don't see anything about aol opening downloads as a text file
Maybe its just a feature of AOL 9.0? If so, I'm so going back down to like 8 or something ¬_¬
Thanks in Advance!!!
I wouldn't know, though, as I haven't really used AOL since my dad switched over to the free NetZero in the '90s(and by now he has switched to EarthLink, followed by MSN...glad I live with my mom---she has RoadRunner! =D)
