Hi, what program should I use to have good GFX skills? The anem of it, a website, anything help's. And if you have time you can tell me a little about how to use it. Thanks.
good graphic skills take time, a bit of skill, and lots of practice. no program will provide that for you. you can learn to be proficient and doing graphics in just about any software. just pick one and go for it (google is your friend!).

it also helps to decides on what kind of graphics production you want to do? abstract art? pixel graphics? 3D imagery?

http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gimp-win/ gimp-2.2.11-i586-setup.zip

and

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/ gtk%2B-2.8.9-setup-1.zip?download

Once you have the list of available mirrors up, you can choose what ever one you want. But the above files are what you need.

don't forget gimp.org for documentation, forums, and tutorials.. a search on the net for 'gimp tutorials' should help too.
