I saw on TV today they are going to have a protest march for illegal immgrations.
Why are they marching? I mean, why they are doing IS illegal, I really think we shouldn't allow it to happen.

No.. thats not what I am saying.
Legal immgration is fine, I don't mind at all. These people are in the system, and they in most cases will pay taxes and all this other stuff. It is the illegal immgration I dislike. They are in the country without most or any paper work on them, or the documents are false... And this can be a dangerous situation to our country. They don't usually pay taxes and most of the money they make, if not all usually goes back to their family in mexico or where ever else they may have came from. People act like they have a right to be in the USA and work here, and they don't. It is a privilage to be in this country and the last thing people should be doing is marching for illegal aliens when they are breaking the law to begin with. I am saying, as a country we should not let this be going on. Law makers, statese men, they should do somethign about it. | |
Not be cynical or anything, but I think these marches would be a great chance to deport them back to their own countries. Just the illegal ones, of course. I know the thought has crossed through some of your minds as well...

Good idea. I have heard rumors all over my school that all the mexicans are going to revolt on the 1st and not go to school and stuff. I don't agree with them, and I tried to find out info(since I am 1/4 mexican) and they wouldn't tell me becuase I wasn't at least 1/2 mexican. Erm...Anyway, is anyone else hear rumors?

Well, I've heard that most of them don't really care but are going to skip school on the false pretenses of going to the march.
They'll probably be picked up by a truant officer at the mall. If I ditched, I'd go to a dentist or something. No one would expect a ditching student there :p | |
truant officers you really have them? i thought that was a joke.. we don't have them down here just the cops sometimes ask why your not at school if ya not with a parent.

In Aussieland, it means 'refugee that the government is screwing around with in order to get re-elected'. No, the point is, because of illegal aliens in our country, potental jobs are being taken up my these people, because they are willing to make much less them normal amercians are.
If people were forced to pay everyone the same wages, by the amercian standard, that wouldn't be a problem would it? People would be willing to work those jobs. Why would I work for 12 hours a day for (I have no idea on this) $0.12 an hour when I could be making more on unemployment or social security? Its even more outragoues that these people feel they shouldn't have to pay taxes. If you live in Amercia and work in Amercia, you should have to pay taxes like everyone else.
