Avatar on Fourms

i've looked in the profile and stuff. Not hard or long(too lazy and busy :D), but I don't know how to put an avatar on you profile so when you post on fourms it shows up. I'm assuming that is only available to members.

Suggestion: allow 1 pixel for the avatar for each dollar donated to BYOND. That way, avatars become a major status symbol. =D
