I am sure they would entertain any reasonable offer. Anything less than a mil is not reasonable :-)

Thats not exactly true. Companies like Google, Amazon, etc. were worth many millions of dollars long before they ever turned even a minimal profit. Value, at least sale value, is often based on a companies potential future earnings, rather than it's immediate financial sitution.

Well, if I owned something like BYOND, I probably wouldn't sell it depending on the price. If BYOND were sold to another developer, company, etc, it would be in the wrong hands xD
