My name will have to remain in the dark for now.

I am currently working for SOE entertainment and headed the team of game design for Starwars Galaxies a while ago before they introduced the NGE.
I am here on my own accord to help small gaming communities grow and develop with my guidence.
I ask for no pay. I am doing this on my free will.

What i do, well i simply come up with most of the ideas and structure from games. I come up with management schemes for the game management that will be used in the future.

I am not familiar with the coding used in these games.

Q: Why would someone who helped head Star Wars Galaxies freely give guidance for games that are 2D based only? Quite interesting if you ask me. I am currently in the process of using both BYOND and Game Maker, I use GM for my more action paced games. I am currently making two games, one called The Forgotten Tomes The Apocalypse which is a ORPG for BYOND and the other called Raine: The Attack which is much like Space Oddity featured on this page.

well to answer your question, my answer is that i am here on my own accord, i have moved to London and am working on a smaller project at the moment which gives me some more free time, this sort of thing is one of my hobbies so i am only here for fun and my expirience gives me some advantages.

and for the tips part.

- i cant really give u any design tips as i dont know what exact type of game your making, however i will tell you that you have to take the time to make what the players want, that will get you places.

- for a management tip, dont publish untill your game is actually ready to go live, and stay live, make sure you have a reliable host who will not let you down, also make sure you have a full team of staff.
