BYOND not working...

I download a join thingy, but nothing happens, yes BYOND is open and I'm logged in.

Well something DOES happen, but it's probably not needed to say. It just flashes whatever I have open. Like if I have firefox open, the top thing flashes dark to light, like if it had focus on and then lost focus.

Probably exactly what it says.

This is a known bug. If you try to open the game multiple times it may sometimes work. Alternatively, try closing BYOND and then opening the game.

Is it known what causes this? I've experienced it a few times myself, I've had to forcibly kill the pager and open the connect.dms with DreamSeeker

No known cause yet, but they're working on it. There's a thread or two over in Bug Reports if you want to have a read.
